The rise of Asia
Asia has changed immeasurably over the last two decades, with some economies like China and India growing physically by 6-7 per cent a year. Asia is now less susceptible to shocks, far more self-sustaining, and has managed to side-step some developmental hurdles by leapfrogging with technology.
