Introducing “The Truth with Tanya”

We have been working with Tanya Sale and the team at outsource financial for some years now. The mortgage industry, combined with financial advice, is an extremely interesting one. It really homes in on the psyche and passions of the average Australian, and their love of property.

There are two keys things I really enjoy about working with Tanya. Firstly, she is passionate about the space. She protects her team and her network of brokers like a bird protects its nest: fearlessly, and with determination.

Secondly, she is a rare breed who speaks her mind; to everyone. In a world where we all measure our words carefully, and think about who we might offend, or who we have to be mindful of, Tanya speaks the truth, plain and clear.

Which is why, when we convinced her to host her own interview series we called these segments The Truth with Tanya.

While Tanya did not naturally want to be in the spotlight, she is a natural when it comes to talking with people about the state of the industry, and where to next. She is passionate about doing the right thing for the end consumer, but equally about protecting and growing the businesses of her mortgage professionals.

She is fiercely independent, and has told me many times: “Tanya and outsource are not for sale.”

She is not building her business to grow, but rather to create a legacy, and by her own admission spends a lot of time thinking about and working on succession planning as the future strategy for her company.

I am extremely pleased that Tanya has taken on the mantle of lifting her voice to market and speaking her mind. She does so with the best interests of the entire industry at heart, and of course the average Australian, for whom buying a home is most likely the biggest investment they will ever make in their lives.

The industry needs people like Tanya Sale. I am more than happy to support her voice reaching you on a more regular basis.
