We’re changing a few things

No More Practice was founded 10 years ago by Vanessa Stoykov with the mission of providing quality written and video content to enhance advisers’ ongoing learning and professional development, as well as educating the broader public.

We’ve worked with some of the greatest minds across Australia’s financial services sector to deliver the advice community and the public new and detailed insights into business development, investment fundamentals and the increasingly complex regulatory environment in which advisers operate.

Last year, No More Practice was acquired by OneVue, which has enabled us to scale further and provide even more timely and relevant content on a regular basis.

As part of the change, we’re now rebranding to NMPEducation, and will also be available through the OneVue website.

While the change may seem relatively small, it reflects a refreshed approach to delivering content to you and an increased drive to deliver the best financial education and “behind the news” content in the country, fuelled by the scale benefits of working with a broader group who shares our vision for the importance of quality education.

Thank you so much for being a part of our journey so far, and we greatly look forward to working with you in this next phase.

The Reinvention Series

Australia faces a unique challenge over the next 20 years. More than 80 per cent of Gen X and Y may not be able to afford a comfortable retirement and the Age Pension won’t be able to keep up. We need to harness our desire to improve and innovate by reinventing our sources of income to live the retirement we deserve.

Reinvention: why we need to think intergenerationally

What’s the biggest risk facing your clients at present? How about the biggest risk facing their children? It might not be what you think.

Although there have been significant wealth transfers in the past, this time is different, says Jenny Josling of Orbis Investments. Discover how you can help your clients adopt a long-term mindset for wealth creation, and what’s at risk if they don’t.
